Disk of Phastos was found in an ancient palace in Phasto, Crete. The Cretans had a very advanced civilization The disk dates to about 1.200 years before Christ. No one has deciphered the hieroglyphics, but it could possibly be a hymn to the goddess of spring to wake up and for the fliers to bloom.
Our copy of the disk is made from bronze covered in 24 carat gold and stands on a black marble base.
